Chris Boys
Director, Venture Development |
Chris is responsible for managing SVA’s portfolio of ventures and the allocation of strategic expertise and funding to support their growth. Prior to joining SVA, Chris worked as a management consultant in the Strategy & Business Architecture service line of Andersen Consulting/Accenture’s Products & Health Operating Group. Chris has also been an acting CEO for a non-profit start-up venture, conducting a feasibility study to support its core activities and establishing its governance structure.

Amanda Beaurepaire
Manager, Venture Development |
Amanda joined the Venture Development team in January 2010 to support the growth of the ventures within SVA's portfolio.
Amanda joins SVA with over 10 years experience including strategy consulting at Accenture, ‘hands on’ strategic and operational experience at Procter and Gamble, as well as running her family's business. She has recently returned to Australia after living and working in London for the last 8 years.
Amanda has a Bachelor of Economics (Social Sciences) from the University of Sydney.

Zena Clarke
Coordinator, Venture Development |
Zena joined SVA in October 2007 and is currently responsible for the coordination of the Venture Development team. She assists the team director and the broader team, as well as providing support to SVA's venture portfolio.
Zena has twelve years of solid experience in executive support, administration and project management across a broad range of industries.
Zena is passionate about young people and Indigenous issues. She is also a part-time youth worker for an emergency crisis accommodation service that provides shelter and support to young homeless people. Zena holds a Bachelor of Applied Social Science in Counselling.

Lisa George
Manager, Venture Development |
Lisa joined the Venture Development team in August 2009, having spent two years with the SVA Consulting team.
Lisa moved to Sydney in 2007 from Boston, MA where she worked as a political fundraiser and helped to launch a non-profit organisation to link the national service and social entrepreneurship movements to policy development and civic mobilisation. Lisa holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Public Policy from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government.
