Why we focus

By focusing our resources on select community issues, we are better able to drive and measure deep and meaningful change. We concentrate on identifying, growing and scaling innovative solutions to those social issues where we feel there is an unmet need and where we can have a profound impact.

All of the social ventures in our portfolio fall into one or more of our defined focus areas. Only organisations in our venture portfolio receive funding from SVA. However, we do provide other capacity building resources to the non-profit sector. To learn more about how you can access these resources, click here.
