Based in Sydney, Michael Lynch will lead and build SVA’s fast-growing Impact Investing practice across a diverse range of investments, delivering both social impact and financial returns.

Michael brings more than 20 years’ financing and investing experience in Australia and Europe, with a proven track record structuring solutions in complex situations and building businesses. Previously, Michael was at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and ANZ where he led coverage of financial sponsor clients across each bank’s network, and at Merrill Lynch International (Australia), where as Managing Director, Capital Market he was responsible for the majority of the debt business in Australia.
