Director, Early Childhood (Maximum term contract, Full or Part-time min 0.6 FTE, Sydney or Melbourne)

The Director, Early Childhood is a new position at SVA. The Director will lead SVA’s system change initiatives on Young Children Experiencing Vulnerability and is a highly entrepreneurial role for an experienced leader, with deep knowledge of and passion for early childhood development. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Office, the primary purpose of this role is to build on existing work done to understand the drivers of better outcomes and ecosystem mapping, with the goal of contributing to effective system change.

Analyst, Impact Investing (Full-time, Sydney)

The Analyst, Impact Investing is a key member of the Impact Investing team in an exciting growth phase of the business. The role will involve working with Impact investing team Directors an  Managers to develop transactions, including market and sector analysis, building financial models, undertaking due diligence and transaction negotiation, and assisting with documenting transactions.

Team Coordinator, Strategy & Marketing (Full-time, Sydney)

The Team Coordinator is a fantastic full-time opportunity for a talented individual interested in applying their Administrative and Team Coordination expertise to support both the Strategy & Advocacy team and the Marketing & Communications team. The scope of the position is wide-ranging, including supporting the Chief Strategy Officer and the team with day-to-day operations, providing diary and travel management, supporting finance processes and providing marketing and administration support across events, digital marketing and campaigns.

Manager, Marketing, Bright Spots Schools Connection (Part-time 0.8 FTE, Melbourne)

The Manager, Marketing will work with the Director, Bright Spots Schools Connection the Associate Director, Marketing to develop and execute the annual Connection Marketing plan, enabling the team to address education disadvantage in Australia’s most challenged school communities. In the position you will be responsible for building brand and driving strategic marketing activity for the Bright Spots Schools Connection, including creatively designing, executing and evaluating marketing activities for the Connection and ensuring the Connection marketing activities align to SVA strategic priorities.
