Our
vision
We believe in an Australia where our older people are treated as valued and critical members of our communities. Though advanced age can be both a cause and a magnifier of disadvantage, we’re working towards a future where all Australians are supported to live the highest quality of life possible for them as they age.
Key sector
trends
Australia has a rapidly ageing population. By 2057, nearly a quarter of the country will be over 65. Providers are facing an increase in service deamand while adapting to new care quality standards and a changing funding landscape. These changes have a range of operational implications that challenge providers to stay financially sustainable while delivering quality care.
How we can
help
We work with governments and service providers to deepen their impact, ensuring older Australians have access to high-quality, customer-centric care. Our work includes strategy development, program and operating model design, outcomes measurement, and mergers or acquisitions. We aim to increase the capacity of the sector, so all people in Australia can age with dignity.
