SVA Health Consulting
Strong public health systems and health services underpinned by an integrated model of care that is truly person-centred – these are essential components of a resilient society. At SVA we know that good health is fundamental to reducing disadvantage and we believe that everyone in Australia should have access to appropriate health services and systems to sustain their wellbeing.
We understand that poor health can be both a cause and a result of disadvantage, so we work across health promotion, prevention and treatment, community health and clinical services. We support coordinated patient care via strategic planning, service design, shared outcomes frameworks and evaluation.
From primary health networks (PHNs), to hospitals, community health organisations, health foundations and governments seeking to commission to outcomes, we have supported numerous organisations with health system reforms and health delivery enhancements.
