  • Security: First ranking security (senior loans) or second ranking security (mezzanine loans)
  • LVR: dependent on project
Key terms
  • Investment amount: $1M-$20M+
  • Loan term: Up to 24 months for standard construction projects, longer tenors negotiable as per project requirements
  • Repayment options: Bullet repayment upon completion of construction, amortising repayment options may be applicable
