Anna Faithfull

Anna is Director of Employment at SVA, and SVA Practice Lead, Employment where she oversees the portfolio of employment-related projects.

Prior to this, Anna held a number of senior roles with the Victorian Government, spanning the employment, industry, education, disability, family violence and social services reform portfolios. As an Executive Director, at the Department of Premier and Cabinet, Victoria, Anna was responsible for leading the transition into the National Disability Insurance Scheme including the conditional transfer of government disability services, the strategy to prepare the interface between the NDIS and universal service delivery platforms and to increase the capability and capacity of the workforce.

She led the State’s engagement with the Royal Commission into Family Violence including the development of the Family Violence 10 Year Plan. She has led social services reform within government including mapping demand across social service delivery and a framework for outcomes based funding and pricing in family violence.

Anna has supported the Premier and Ministers across multiple portfolio areas including the State Budget, taxation reform, education and skills, emergency response, prevention of family violence, family violence response, equality, women and disability. Anna has significant experience in applying the disciplines of user-centered design, co-design, design and systems thinking to policy, program and project design and implementation.

She holds a LLB/BA from the University of Melbourne and is an Australian Legal Practitioner.
