Benedikt is a Consultant with Social Ventures Australia (SVA), helping organisations to be more successful and effective in having impact.
At SVA, he helped establish a new social venture to work with people in financial hardship, supported House With No Steps and The Tipping Foundation in their merger, and supported one of Australia’s largest social service providers in developing a target operating model.
Prior to SVA, Benedikt was a management consultant with The Boston Consulting Group in Germany and Australia. He advised private and public sector clients on strategy, performance improvement and operational efficiency. He also worked as Innovation Manager for a major NGO, as a Consultant focused on inclusive business, and conducted research around the economic and societal impact of demographic change.
Benedikt holds a B.Sc. in Economics from Mannheim University and a M.Sc. in Economics from Ludwig-Maximilians-University, Munich.
