Dawn is the Operations Manager in the Consulting Team, managing the team’s operational and financial systems and processes. Using her knowledge of Salesforce and experience with digital management processes, she has led and implemented many initiatives to improve operational processes and increase the team’s impact. These have included Salesforce dashboards and hygiene reporting to improve operational efficiencies. She also runs the revenue recognition model, oversees the invoicing and expense processes for the team.
Prior to joining SVA, Dawn worked at Groupon Australia in Operations and Risk Management where she worked on process improvement initiatives for operations. Dawn holds a Bachelor of Global Studies, majoring in Communications and Social Inquiry, from the University of Technology, Sydney.
