Louis is an Analyst, Consulting at Social Ventures Australia. Bringing a background in international development and social entrepreneurship, he has worked on a range of strategy and outcomes measurement projects for clients across advocacy, mental health, and corporate social responsibility.
Louis previously helped to start a financial technology social enterprise in Uganda, focused on building basic digital infrastructure to provide smallholder farmers with access to credit, insurance, and other services. He was previously a manager at Sparknews, a French social enterprise that partners with international media to share stories of innovative solutions to social and environmental problems.
Louis holds a B.A. in Politics, Human Rights, and Development from New York University and a Master of Philosophy in International Development from the University of Oxford. He has also studied development economics at Sciences Po., Paris.
