Natasha drives the development and implementation of People and Culture strategy at SVA having worked in HR, talent management and organisational development in a social development context for over 15 years.

Prior to SVA, Natasha led the strategic resourcing of programs focused on addressing social, economic and political challenges with AECOM’s International Development division. This followed her role as Principal Consultant with Oxford HR, leading the delivery of HR and executive search services to NGOs and social enterprise in the Asia Pacific region.  Previous to this, during an almost 10-year career at management consultancy Coffey International, Natasha led specialist and generalist HR functions across divisions, regions and international development projects in challenging contexts globally – from Papua New Guinea to Pakistan.

With qualifications in employment relations, employment law and international relations, Natasha is a Certified Professional of the Australian Human Resources Institute and an Advisory Group member of the Centre for Workplace Excellence at the University of South Australia.
