SANE and Lifeline collaboration opportunities assessment
Objective
SVA Consulting was engaged to support SANE and Lifeline to determine the form of collaboration model which best meets their mutual objectives to increase the impact each organisation has with end beneficiaries and develop a plan to implement.
Role we played
Working with both organisations, SVA Consulting:
- Facilitated both parties to clarity and articulate their objectives from any collaboration opportunity
- Supported the scoping and prioritisation of opportunities which met the objectives of both organisations
- Scoped and facilitated both organisations to agree on the best form of collaboration to achieve their objectives
- Developed detailed implementations plans to progress prioritised collaboration models.
Impact
This project has enabled Lifeline and SANE to enter in to a Memorandum of Understanding which enables Lifeline to refer frequent callers with severe and complex mental illness to the SANE helpline for more appropriate, ongoing support.
