The introduction of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) has created both a challenge and opportunity for organisations to do more for people with disability, and disability organisations are facing more pressure to transform than ever before.

Drawing on over 10 years of experience, SVA Consulting is working with organisations to tackle their toughest challenges. From redesigning service delivery models to supporting mergers and acquisitions to developing new strategies for an uncertain environment, our work is united by a common theme: we focus on helping organisations not just survive the transition to NDIS but also embed a new sustainable way of operating that enables people with disability to thrive.

We are proud to have supported the merger of House with No Steps and The Tipping Foundation which created Australia’s largest disability-focused provider, and to have partnered with many dedicated organisations working to improve the lives of over 4 million Australians with disability.
